Covid-19 update and ongoing Covid safe practices
17 March, 2022

Dear valued Residents, Families and Advocates

RE: Covid-19 update and ongoing Covid safe practices

Thank you once again for your patience and understanding as we work together to keep our Masonic Care Community safe and well during this time.

I would like to take this opportunity to keep you updated with the continued steps we are taking to keep Residents, Staff and Visitors safe from Covid-19 exposure.

 Our teams continue to wear N95 masks and protective eyewear as guided by Public Health as the best line of defense in minimizing exposure to Covid-19.

 As of April 1 2022, all eligible staff are required to have their Covid-19 Booster Vaccine.

 Whilst there is no mandate on flu vaccination, flu vaccine clinics will be commencing in April for both residents and staff.

Visiting hours continue to be in place between 10am and 6pm (Monday to Sunday) and we encourage you to keep your mask on at all times during your visit. Further to this, we do ask that you adhere to social distancing guidelines and good hand hygiene.

Our residents and staff safety and wellbeing is our highest priority at this time. Please be assured we are doing all we can to keep your loved ones safe and happy. If you have any questions at all, please don’t hesitate to contact the facility managers directly who will be able to assist.

Yours sincerely

Katie Cooley
