RE: Freemasons Home Reaccreditation
You recently received information that representatives from the Aged Care Quality & Safety Commission (ACQSC) were on site this week to complete a thorough audit of care and services at Freemasons Home.
The Quailty Assessors wish to pass on their thanks to those residents and family members who provided feedback on their experience of living life with us.
The ACQSC will prepare a report detailing their findings and recommendations. We look forward to sharing further information with you once the report has been finalised and received.
