Freemasons Resident, Relative and Advocate update

 Dear valued Residents, Relatives and Advocates 

I would like to take a minute to share an update with you and thank the team at Freemasons Home for all the work they do. 

Suzie Madden – Interim Residential Manager

I am delighted to announce Suzie Madden will be joining the Freemasons team as the Interim Residential Manager tomorrow, 1 February 2021. Suzi brings extensive Aged Care experience and is committed to working together with the team at Freemasons to deliver the best quality of care and services to the Residents. 

Kaz will continue in her role as Interim Care Manager working closely with Suzi to ensure that we are working to the Aged Care Quality Standards and to support the Clinical Care team in preparation for re-accreditation. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Kaz for her commitment and leadership at Freemasons Home, especially during the recent Covid-19 outbreak; Kaz has done a truly wonderful job these past few months and we are very grateful for her support.

Ongoing recruitment is continuing across all areas to ensure that we have the right resources delivering the best quality of care and services to our Residents.
