Paddock to Plate Program

Day Therapy Centre clients participating in the Paddock to Plate Program have been busy tending to their gardens.
Those involved have been growing their own fruit and veggies to make sauces, relishes, jams and slices from the many delicious items grown in their gardens.
Groups have come together to share stories on how to grow fresh fruit and veggies and have been selling their produce at the Day Therapy Centre. Participants even enjoyed getting into the kitchen to create zucchini and haloumi slice and some strawberry jam. Yum!
