Update on COVID-19 requirements 

I write to provide an update on changed requirements regarding our COVID-19 mitigation strategies. 

As we continue to transition to living with COVID, we are reviewing our COVID safety plans and mitigation strategies to ensure they reflect the current environment and level of risk. 

From today, the following changes have now been put in place for visitors: 

• Visitors can now wear a standard surgical facemask during visits. Please bring your own mask with you. 
• We ask that a Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) be undertaken every three (3) days for a daily visitor, or on a regular basis if visiting less frequently. For example, if visiting 1-2 times a week, please continue to test each visit. 

For staff working in our Community Services and Residential Aged Care Facilities, N95 facemasks continue to be mandatory. However, eye protection is no longer required. 

As we ease some of our mitigation measures, it is important that we remain vigilant and continue to practise good hand hygiene and ensure social distancing wherever possible.
