Visitor Bookings Update
16 June, 2020

Dear valued Residents, Families and Advocates,

I want to thank you again for your ongoing patience and understanding during this time.

We continue to be advised by the Tasmanian Government on visitor restrictions to aged care facilities and as such we must comply with their directives. We are currently waiting on an updated direction from the Government around these restrictions, and we do understand the frustration this presents for our residents and their family and friends alike.

Since the easing of visiting restrictions we have received a high number of phone calls and emails to arrange visitor bookings. To facilitate as many visits as possible, in a safe manner, we will continue to use the current booking system in place. We ask that you please be patient and kind when making contact with our staff as they are all doing their very best to facilitate your visit and to keep your loved ones safe.

Please be assured that we are here to support you and your loved ones. If you have any questions or concerns about your own visiting arrangements, please contact your Facility Manager directly.

We will continue to monitor any updates from the Government relating to visitor restrictions and please be assured that we will move as quickly as possible to implement any changes should we receive any updates to the current direction.

I sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through these changes together. As always, the health, safety and wellbeing of our residents, clients and staff continues to be our priority.

Yours sincerely,
Jackie Howard
