Visitor Update (Freemasons)
4 February, 2022

 Dear Residents, Families and Advocates

Thank you for your continued support and understanding as we work together to protect our community from COVID-19.

Visitor Requirements To help us minimise risks of exposure to Covid-19, we ask that Residents have no more than two visitors per resident per day, and the length of stay is not for an extended period of time.

For the safety of all Residents and Staff, we also ask that mask wearing is adhered to in situations where mask wearing is not mandatory, but highly recommended. For example:

  • when Residents are visiting Family and Friends in their home
  • when Residents are out in the community with Family and Friends
  • when Residents are travelling together in the car with Family and Friends.

We would also like to take this opportunity to remind everyone that mandatory mask wearing is adhered to at all times – this includes when visiting with Residents in their room and refraining from eating and drinking during your visit.

Our residents and staff safety and wellbeing is our highest priority at this time. If you have any questions at all, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Yours sincerely
