Dear valued Families and Advocates,
I want to thank you for your patience and understanding as we all work to keep Coronavirus outside the door of our facilities.
As you know, the health, safety and wellbeing of our residents, clients and staff is always our priority, and this continues to guide our actions through this unprecedented situation.
We are committed to providing quality care to our residents and clients and to keeping people connected with their loved ones. In the interests of continuous improvement, I encourage family members to provide feedback via a short survey to see how we’re tracking. While our physical interaction may be limited in the short term we are still very keen to hear from you and address any questions or concerns directly.
A copy of the survey is attached to this letter, and I ask that you return it via the reply paid envelope enclosed by 5 May 2020.
